Meet Our Clinician
Dominique D'Orazi, M.S., CCC-SLP
Hi, I'm a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist with a love for working with children of all abilities. Speech therapy runs in my blood — I come from a family of five SLPs, and I’m proud to carry on the tradition of helping others find their voice.
For the past four years, I’ve worked in public school districts, supporting students from preschool through high school, as well as early intervention services. My experience spans both mild-moderate and moderate-severe special education populations, and I have specialized training in AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) — a vital tool for empowering nonverbal and minimally verbal individuals to communicate.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Nevada, Reno (my hometown area!), and went on to complete my Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Oregon. Though I’ve called California home for the past four years, I’ll always have a soft spot for the Lake Tahoe/Reno mountains where I grew up.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring hiking trails with my two dogs. I believe in building strong, supportive relationships with families and making therapy both effective and fun.
